I find that the most effective way to visualise how to use and engage this area of your centre, in any posture, but also anywhere and where ever you are, is to imagine you are working with a popper of a jacket (JFYI a popper is called a snap in America..). Practise and feel the core of this core movement. And as complex the topic, as simple the action: all you need to do is to POP THE POPPER IN!
