Theatre Productions & Corporate Programmes

By Movement Expert & Injury Specialist, Frances Collier

Specialising in working with Films and West End theatre productions.

Programmes are specifically tailored to the needs of your company and made to meet your highest standard of commitment around your employees’ health and well-being.

With particular experience in looking after cast and crew of major Movie And West End Productions, the Frances-Boylistics®-Combo has proven to make just that extra difference to the physical, mental and emotional success of a well-looked-after and healthy company environment.

From experience, a consistent bespoke physical management plan proves much more cost-effective for the productions than outsourcing treatments once an issue has occurred. The success of having low injury-rates not only lies in fixing show-related issues, but in preventing them from happening in the first place. We would be delighted to offer a package deal to your production.

A little about me...

My first big production as head of injury management and prevention was in 2012, when I got asked to be part of the original production of Chariots of Fire at the Guilgud Theatre in the West End. Helping the cast and crew stay injury-free throughout their intense run was such a success. Especially as the nature of this play needed so much attention on how to stop injuries from occurring in the first place. Through teaching show-specific injury prevention and movement techniques, and monitoring every body consistently, providing regular physical consultancy and check-ins with every cast member throughout the run, I’m so pleased we have managed to keep everyone running (literally) throughout the 8 months of their intense 8-shows-a-week-schedule.

Since then many a West End theatre and Hollywood movie production have followed suit. I love taking on the challenge of overcoming hazards with practical and imminent solutions, and I much enjoy passing on my rich experience and knowledge that has grown over the years. I can be there with you and your company in person, and I can also offer an online/zoom/virtual injury management company package as part of my online injury management platform called Bodylistics®

This 24/7 accessible platform is my online Movement Pharmacy® which I have created specifically for the purpose of helping performers stay injury free, whether this is working at a home theatre or on tour, and no matter where they are in the world. At the same time, this platform gives theatre productions access to a physical consultancy and support programme that runs extremely cost-effective and specifically tailored to the requirements of each show. For more information or any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me anytime, it will be such a pleasure to work together. Ensuring that we can keep everyone on their toes and up and running is the key.

With movement smiles,

And happy feet
