To generally oil and strengthen your hip and leg coordination, and to relax your lower back. Let’s do this together: follow for the full length of this video – and try to keep going even after the fade out for as long as you can.  Always remember: stay relaxed in your quads to really strengthen and floss your hip, core and back coordination.
