What floor exercises can I do? How about Flop Your Legs. An excellent exercise to strengthen your hip, core, back and leg coordination. Work your core really hard whilst feeling light as you’re moving through this. Focus on being floppy and relaxed, and release any tension or “doing”. Instead use your breath and momentum to help build strength and coordination.
