Great to do as a complimentary form of exercise along with your general sports training. It takes you through a round of swinging and freeing postures, combining the breath and momentum of the moves. It comes with the added bonus of a lovely Devon beach view for you to enjoy at the same time as treating your body to a nice flow. Feel free to stop the video at any time if you’d like to hang out a little longer with a particular move – or variations of the move – shown. Use this as a template, and enjoy making your practise your own.
