A Short and Sweet Bench Routine

Description

Choose your own music and move along in real time! This fluid and easy movement routine allows your body to stretch and open up. Ideal as a warm up for your sports activity, a rehearsal or a show. It takes you through a smooth upper body flow followed by a good leg and hip stretch. Please note: although this routine is filmed with a bench, you could also follow the same moves holding on to something else. Be creative in finding an alternative to a bench backrest if needed, maybe use a door frame, a banister, a table, a bookshelf or a window sill to work with. Ballet barres of course are perfect for this too.
