The best preparation for Chaturanga! Explore the full coordination of your core and back unit. And practise minimising arm and shoulder strain by supporting your back from your core. This exercise involves kneeling, please take something soft under your knees when practising it. And make sure you always sit slightly behind the groove of your knee (i.e. always have your pelvis far behind towards your heels and never sit directly on your kneecaps!!)
