			A Relaxing Self-Care (Bed) Floor Routine
Description
									Choose your own music and move along in real time! This gentle lying-down routine allows your body to stretch, chill out, get a nice massage and feel looked after, whether it’s first thing in the morning, or before you fall asleep, or really anytime you wish to take a moment to connect with your body, breath and Self. Please note: although this routine is filmed on a bed, you could also follow the same moves lying on a floor and in any room you like being and moving in.
