It takes you through a smooth upper body flow followed by a good leg and hip stretch. (Please note: although this routine is filmed with a bench, you could also follow the same moves holding onto something else, be creative in finding an alternative to a bench backrest if needed, maybe use a door frame, a banister, a table, a bookshelf or a window sill to work with).
