Full-Length Core and Floor Routine

Description

Choose your own music and move along in real time! Best done on a slidey floor (i.e. wooden not carpeted) so that you can easily glide your arms and legs. This strengthening and lengthening core and floor workout is a compilation of the most favourite floor exercises to get your body and your movement strong and coordinated, long and fluid at the same time. Work out at some intensity, whilst keeping a calm and relaxed state, combined with awareness of your breath. A great way to warm-up or warm-down from your activity. Go for it! And feel strong and long doing your core work.
