Don’t Twist, Rotate!

Description

Wherever you are and whatever your move in daily life, make sure your twists are never twists but always rotations. And more specifically so rotations initiated from the very base of your spine (i.e. from your tailbone). Start to become aware of how often in your daily life you are doing rotation movements, and practise this principle whenever you can.
